
Security updates - September 18-22 2021
Over the weekend, our McConville Omni Client Portal will be undergoing a major update – with primary focus on increased security. Protecting your data is of the utmost importance to us which is why we are always looking for ways to improve our security. Our app and portal will have even more security protocols in place which will be updated in the next couple of days. . There may be interrupted functionality between September 18 and 22.
Once the update is complete, each client with an active account will receive an email asking them to create a new password for their account. Password must be a minimum of 8 characters and include at least:
- 1 uppercase character
- 1 lowercase character
- 1 special character or symbol
- 1 number/digit
