Effective September 15th 2020, Aviva Canada is going paperless! Gone are the days where you have to wait for and file big documents ... now they will show up in your inbox and can be easily saved to your computer or mobile device.
How Does It Work?
For any new, renewal or mid-term policy changes, we will send you your policy documents as soon as we receive them from Aviva, by email. For any cancellations by your request, your documents will be mailed to you directly. If your insurance is with Aviva's specialty insurance lines -> Aviva Elite and Ovation will be paperless, NauticLife (formerly Nautimax) and DriveLife (formerly Hagerty) will not be. Your documents will be sent to the email address that we have on file, so please make sure to let us know if that changes for you!
The link to your documents is active for 48 hours, so be sure to download your documents right away! You can then download and save your documents and Pink Slips right to your device. Missed the 48 hours? Not to worry! You can simply request a new link right through that eDocument email we sent you!
You will still receive a paper copy of your Pink Slips in the mail, but ePinkSlips are legally accepted in Ontario. You can just save yours to your mobile wallet or access them in the McConville Omni Client Portal mobile app!

The McConville Omni Client Portal gives you access to your policy documents and pink slips anytime, anywhere. It puts you in control of your documents - all from your computer, tablet or mobile phone! You can access your account on a desktop at www.mcconvilleomnimobile.ca/login, or on your mobile device with the McConville Omni mobile app - available on Apple or Android!
If you've already signed in, you're 1 step ahead! Simply log-in with your email address and password! Forgot your password? No problem - simply click "forgot password" to reset it!
If you haven't signed in before, welcome! It's really easy! You can create your account yourself by inputting your email address, postal code and policy number, or you can connect with us and we can set up your account for you! If you have any questions, just let us know!
