We work together and will save everything to your file so that we are all up to speed on what you need!

What to do if you have a claim
1. It is an emergency and we are closed
If you need our help for an emergency claim, outside of business hours (Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5pm and Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm), please call our after-hours helpline: 1-833-236-7839
2. It is during business hours
If you need claims help and it is during business hours (Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5pm and Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm), please send your broker an email or give them a call. You can also access help by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org .
3. It is business hours but your broker is awayIf you are trying to get a hold of your broker but their voicemail or email gives you an out of office message, please do not leave a message about a claim. These are not monitored while they are away, so we need to make sure that you are contacted quickly. Please either send an email to our claims mailbox (email@example.com ) or call into the office (London: 519-673-0880, St. Thomas: 519-633-6687) and speak to a member of our team.

You have full access to your documents, pink slips, change requests and claims help through the McConville Omni Client Portal. Log in or create your account at www.mcconvilleomnimobile.ca or download the McConville Omni mobile app (android or apple).
